AS / A2 (Level 3)Courses

 

In Year 12 students will normally study four subjects at AS Level which they then reduce to three subjects at A2 Level in Year 13.  Several of our stronger students, however, will study five subjects initially, reducing this to four in the following year.  The entry requirement to study at this level is a minimum of six GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Mathematics, with many subjects requiring at least a B grade.

Level Two Courses

This year we can only offer the OCR Sport course at level 2 this gives the opportunity to gain further qualifications and at the same time to re-sit GCSEs in English Language and Mathematics if a grade C has not already been achieved.  The entry requirement is at least three GCSEs at D or above.
