Social Life

Grove College Committee is elected annually and regularly
organises social and other events.
Students regularly get to voice their ideas for events and improvements of the college through their student committee which is elected yearly.
The college committee is always active in organising events for the college, school and charities.
A major event held each summer is the Leavers Ball marking the end of exams and giving the chance for everyone to dress up and let their hair down before leaving Grove for Higher Education. A few of the other events which the Committee organise are welcome party, quiz nights, trips out to bowling, shopping and go-karting.

Students enjoy getting involved in charitable activities. Helping out with Macmillan coffee morning, selling red noses and poppies, also getting dressed up and dancing for children in need.
The college finds it rewarding to organise fun activities for the pupils of the Grove School. These have included school disco’s, quiz nights and bonfire night. It is not only fun for the college students but helps with their organisational skills needed for future as all students have the opportunity and are encouraged to help out with activities.
