Activity Days

Activity Days this year are on Wednesday 15th & Thursday 16th July where students choose from a large menu of opportunities and activities. The curriculum is closed down and we concentrate on those areas of education which are much neglected these days! 

Several trips are organised which include, Drayton Manor, Cadbury World, Ice-Skating, Old Trafford, Waterworld and two new trips - Trentham Monkey Forest and Shrewsbury Sports Village.  A range of activities also takes place within school such as drama, batik, ‘dotty’ painting, dance, digital photography, Japanese, scrapbooking and building and launching space rockets to name a few. Students will be able to book places on the afternoon of Monday 15th June at the Activities Fayre.  The Monday, Tuesday & Friday of the last week will be normal lessons.  

 Please note that attendance during these Activity Days is not optional - registers will still be taken.
