Cooking with Marines

Year 10 GCSE Food Techonology students had a little help with their studies this week - from the Royal Marines! 

 

 

The visit was part of Asia month at Grove - an event arranged as part of the international dimension of education at Grove, which is a specialist Language College.   During February a whole range of activites is being arranged with the common theme of Asia. This follows last year's highly successful Africa month.

 

 

Members of the Royal Marines Catering Corps, led by Mike Beaton, gave a demonstartion to the group then helped them to prepare a chicken curry.
