Exam results
We have received the GCSE, GNVQ and Advanced level exam
results for Grove students.
The Advanced level results for College students were
very pleasing, with the overall passrate of 94% being
the best ever at Grove.
At GCSE students continued the good progress of recent
years, with the headline figure of the percentage of
students achieving five or more higher passes coming
out almost exactly the same as last year at 45%.
This is however only one statistic. Looking more closely
at the results we are again delighted with the performance
of our most able students, whose results yet again show
that Grove offers the opportunity through high quality
teaching and learning for able, motivated and committed
students to excel. Over 27% of students achieved 9 or
more higher grades, whilst our flexible and imaginative
curriculum allowed some to reach 12 or more passes.
