RE visit to Liverpool
Year 8 students have been to Liverpool as part of a module of their their RE studies which looks at the religious buildings of different faiths. The visit included guided tours of both Anglican and Catholic cathedrals.
Students were able to compare the differences between a Catholic and an anglican church as well as appreciating the very different styles of architecture.
The school was delighted to receive a phonecall on the day after the visit from the Education Officer at the Anglican cathedral, complimenting the students on their interest and excellent behaviour.

Some students have also been putting their creative skills to good use building models of churches - some are pictured here.
