The Drama Department

Grove School - Drama Department - The Cast of Andy CappDrama is included in the curriculum for all students in Key Stage 3, giving them opportunities to develop self-confidence, co-operate with others and, through role-play, experience situations.

GCSE Drama is a strong and popular option in Key Stage 4. In addition to the normally time tabled lessons an after-school Third Session group of enthusiastic dramatists regularly achieves very good results. AS and A2 Drama are also offered in Grove College.

Logically enough, the Drama department makes a significant contribution to school productions that are staged regularly - usually at least once or twice a year,

The department consists of just two teachers - Mrs J Fisher who is Subject Leader and Mrs S Wright.
